sagacious
I overheard Lola saying to her father very knowledgeably, "Mommy knows everything, but you almost know some things."
i've read this several times now and it seems lola was trying to be kind to the SH. "don't worry daddy, you almost know some things about some things." one day he may catch up to the DH.

(As soon as I figure out the wifi, I will begin making such posts when I am drinking something other than coffee.)
That's fantastic - mommies are always smarter than daddies.
the poor SH. it seems the girls are always questioning his intelligence!
You should at least correct her and let her know that being a Ph.D. just means he knows a everything about a thing or two. ;-)

I have to admit - foodette has it right.
You should explain to Lola that while that may be (or IS) true, it is best that SH not know THAT!
Heh. Moms own.
